Sam has more than 17 years of broad construction estimating and management experience with new construction and renovation of occupied facilities. Before founding SBL Construction Sam spent 8 years with a large Michigan based  national construction firm.  Sam attended Western Michigan University and has Bachelors' of Science in Construction Engineering.
